Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RedBuster (“RedBuster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at redbuster.net, our application at app.redbuster.net, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
RedBuster monitors subreddits you configure, drafts replies and comments relevant to your brand, and — once approved — posts them to Reddit through one of RedBuster’s own managed Reddit accounts. RedBuster does not use, request, or require your personal Reddit account for posting activity. Depending on your plan, drafts are queued for your manual approval before publishing, or, if you have separately enabled a faster posting mode, published with reduced review as described in your account settings.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current information when creating a RedBuster account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@redbuster.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
RedBuster is offered on subscription plans (currently Starter, Growth, and Explode) as described on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the plan you select, plus applicable taxes. Plan features, including the size and rotation of the managed account pool available to you, vary by tier and are described at the time of purchase. We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes a third party’s rights;
- Submit drafts intended to impersonate a real person or organization other than your own brand;
- Attempt to circumvent Reddit’s rules, a subreddit’s posted rules, or any subreddit-level or platform-level enforcement action;
- Coordinate vote manipulation, brigading, or other inauthentic engagement; or
- Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to RedBuster’s systems or the accounts we use to operate the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
6. Content and Approval Responsibility
Where your plan requires manual approval, you are responsible for reviewing and approving each draft before it is posted. Once you approve a draft, you are responsible for its content as though you had posted it yourself. RedBuster is not responsible for the consequences of content you approve, including subreddit moderator action, account restrictions, or community response.
7. Reddit Platform Compliance
Your use of the Service remains subject to Reddit’s user agreement and content policy, and to the individual rules of each subreddit RedBuster posts into on your behalf. RedBuster is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. We check applicable subreddit rules as part of our drafting process, but rule interpretation and enforcement ultimately rest with Reddit and individual subreddit moderators, and we cannot guarantee any specific post will be accepted or left standing.
8. The Managed Account Pool
RedBuster posts and comments through a pool of Reddit accounts that RedBuster owns and manages; you never connect or provide your own Reddit account. All customers, regardless of plan, are served from this shared, rotated pool — you are not tied to one specific account, and neither is any other customer. We monitor the health and standing of accounts in the pool on an ongoing basis and will replace any account that is restricted or banned.
9. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Intellectual Property
RedBuster and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the brand guidelines, product information, and other input material you provide to RedBuster to generate drafts, and you grant us a license to use that material solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and performing reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and subreddit monitoring or drafting may be temporarily degraded due to factors outside our control, including changes to Reddit’s platform or API.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or on reasonable notice for any other reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 10, 13, and 14 — will survive.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedBuster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RedBuster harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your approved content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in [venue to be confirmed], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@redbuster.net.
