Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how RedBuster (“RedBuster,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at redbuster.net, our application at app.redbuster.net, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and any name or company details you provide.

Payment information. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor; RedBuster does not store your full card number. We retain limited billing metadata (such as plan tier and invoice history) needed to manage your subscription.

Brand and drafting inputs. To generate relevant drafts, we collect the subreddits, keywords, and brand or product details you configure, along with the drafts our system generates and your approval decisions on them.

Usage data. We collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to operate and secure the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Reddit Content and the Managed Account Pool

You never connect your own Reddit account to RedBuster. Drafts approved through your queue are posted using one of RedBuster’s own managed Reddit accounts, not an account tied to your identity. We retain a record of drafts, approvals, and the resulting posts so you can review your posting history and so we can monitor account and content performance.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with a limited set of service providers who help us operate RedBuster, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls on production systems — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and drafting data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 8.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@redbuster.net. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the Service.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

RedBuster may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect.
