Getting started
1. Sign in with a magic link
RedBuster doesn't use passwords. Go to app.redbuster.net and enter your email address — you'll get a sign-in link by email. Click it, and you're in. No account creation step, no password to remember: entering your email the first time is how your account gets created.
2. Create your business profile
The first time you sign in, you'll be asked for:
- Business name
- What do you do? — a short description of your product or service
This is what RedBuster reads to understand what you're promoting. You can edit it any time from Account settings.
You need a business profile before anything else in the dashboard becomes usable — tracking subreddits, connecting your website, and choosing a plan all require it first.
3. Choose a plan
Nothing runs until you're on an active plan. Head to Subscription, pick STARTER, GROWTH, or EXPLODE, and either pay by crypto (if enabled) for instant activation, or request the plan by email and we'll follow up to arrange payment. See Plans & billing for what each tier includes.
4. Track subreddits
Add the subreddits where your customers hang out from Subreddits. RedBuster only ever drafts replies inside subreddits you've explicitly added.
5. Optional: connect your website
If you want RedBuster's drafts to stay grounded in what's actually on your site — not just your one-line description — connect it via a script snippet or the WordPress plugin. See Connecting your website.
6. Review drafts
As RedBuster finds relevant threads in your tracked subreddits, drafts show up in your Approval queue. Nothing posts to Reddit until you approve it there — unless you've explicitly turned on auto-post for a specific subreddit.
