FAQ

Do I need to connect my own Reddit account?

No. Every post and comment goes out from one of RedBuster's own 1,000+ managed Reddit accounts, each with established comment and post karma. You'll never be asked to create, connect, or hand over a Reddit login.

Could this get my business's Reddit account banned?

There's no account of yours to ban — nothing runs through your own profile. If an account in the pool ever gets flagged, RedBuster rotates it out and replaces it. Your brand's standing on Reddit is never on the line.

Does RedBuster post without asking me first?

Not unless you turn that on. By default every draft sits in your approval queue until you send it, edit it, or skip it.

Which subreddits can I track?

Any public subreddit. RedBuster reads each community's posted rules on self-promotion and flags threads where a direct pitch wouldn't be welcome.

Do you work with grey-hat or black-hat (GH/BH) niches?

Yes — GH/BH niches are welcome. Since every post goes out through one of the 1,000+ managed accounts instead of a profile tied to your brand, higher-risk niches never put your own reputation or a personal account on the line.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, and your drafted history stays saved for 30 days after that.

What does connecting my website actually change?

It gives RedBuster your real site content to draft from, instead of just your business profile's short description. See Connecting your website for how to set it up and what data it sends.
