Approval queue

The approval queue (/dashboard/queue) is where every drafted reply waits until you act on it. Nothing posts to Reddit from here without your say-so, unless you've turned on auto-post for that specific subreddit (see Subreddits).

Each pending draft shows:

  • Which subreddit it's for (r/<name>)
  • A link to the actual Reddit thread it's replying to
  • The drafted reply text, plus the current "bar to beat" — the thread's comment count and its top-level top score, refreshed every 30 seconds so it reflects the thread as it stands right now, not when the draft was first written

For each one, you can:

  • Edit — rewrite the reply before it goes anywhere
  • Discard — RedBuster won't post that reply
  • Publish — approves it for posting from the managed account pool (saves your edit first, if you made one)

Once a draft is published, it moves to Tracking — that's where you paste the live link once it's actually posted and watch how it's doing.

If there's nothing in the queue, it's because RedBuster hasn't found a thread worth drafting for yet in your tracked subreddits — or because you haven't set up a business profile or tracked any subreddits yet.

Follow-up comments​

Any draft — including one you've already published — can get a same-account follow-up: a second comment continuing the same thread, styled to read like the conversation is naturally moving forward (picking up the kind of question or reaction a real reader would have) rather than the same voice just listing more facts about the product. It never invents a specific person, username, or interaction that didn't happen — it's honestly the same account adding one more beat to the conversation, not a claim that someone else engaged.

A follow-up can itself get a follow-up, chaining to whatever depth you build — but only one at a time per thread:

Each follow-up goes through the exact same Edit / Discard / Publish review as any other draft — nothing skips your approval just because it's a follow-up.
